It’s 52 weeks in a year. OK. You
know that. A good step in maintaining good health is saying no once a week to
consuming any particular food, substances, or additive that will be detrimental
to your health. Let’s say, uumm, sugar in any form; refined, fructose, glucose,
sugar substitutes, honey, carbohydrates, etc, etc--a substance we as humans
consume much more than we need on a daily basis.

Internal Organs Age Too
As we appear to be getting older with the passing of time, we must keep in mind that our internal organs are aging as well. I'll be 58 next month. I often give myself a pat on the back for doing what it takes to keep diseases, sickness, ailments, and viruses away. It's hard work, diligence, and attention to details in keeping it muscular, tight, and streamlined.
I sometimes have a love hate relationship with myself when it comes to my diet and exercising, but when I think of that dreaded Alzheimer's disease or diabetes, I shake the thoughts off and run another mile or do another set.
Yes, I do sometimes get those 'old man' aches and pains.
