Years To Life, Life To Years

That fried breaded serving of meat on your plate. Take your knife and peel off the breaded coating. Take a second to look at it. It’s about a handful I’m guessing. I don’t think your body really needs that. Pick up a morsel and squeeze it. That grease on your finger. No, your body doesn't need or want that.

Eat what you like. I'm not the authority on what you should or shouldn't, but if you are in your 30s or 40s and have a good looking body and think that same good looking body is going to be as good into your 50s and 60s, think again.

Now is the time to be much more conscious of your physical appearance if you wish to continue to look good 10, 15, 20 years from now. Through trial and tribulation I have it down real well on what it takes to look and feel good as I grow older.

Of course, what works for me may not work for you. In a few words, I can sum up what it takes to look good into your elderly years; a solid and established diet and exercise program that doesn't skimp or cut corners. One that is tried and true. Made just for who you are.

Do your research and shout at me should you need some healthy suggestions or advice.

Taking good care of yourself is arguably the most important thing you can do.

Make it a priority 365 days a year. You find that it WILL add years to your life and life to your years.

Well wishes to ya!
