Diligently Working On It

Upon getting up this morning, I realized it's getting close to a month since my last blog. Truth is, while being just under the surface, I've been working on it. Hard. Intensely. Taking focus and determination to the next level. It's showing and I like it, thus the saying, "Plan your work and work your plan".

In addition to writing poetry and expressing myself into something that could evolve into songwriting, I've gotten the ACE CPT Course underway--a very professional Certified Personal Trainer Course that's arguably the best. I really don't need it in helping others in achieving their fitness and attaining a-better-looking-physique goals, but I am humble enough to know it's the way of our society for credentials and credibility. I want to show those (men in particular) in their late 40s and early 50s what it takes to look and feel good as they approach 60. Staying fit, healthy, and looking good '365 days a year' is one of my passions.

Muscularity, being streamlined and tight speaks for themselves as the birthdays pass after 45. I decided a long time ago that I DID NOT want man boobs and a big stomach as I aged. I don't know about you, but it just won't look right on me.

I've been adding clothes, accessories, and apparels to The iA Collection. Note. Nothing that cost me gobs of money. It's not what I've paid for or will pay for anything that speaks to me, rather what I personally consider that looks good, smells good, is quality and impressive as in me being the best me in all I do, more so when I'm out and about and being sociable. I believe fashion and style speaks for themselves. I tend to have my own style that is often complimented. Where I'll take it from here has yet to be determined.

Lastly, for now, I read a quote on an Instagram page today from a young lady who liked one of my pictures; "Trust the timing of your life". Hhhmm, I thought. Such an inspirational saying that came at a good time for me being 8K miles away from home in Afghanistan as anxiety and patience clashes to end this tenure, get home, and kick things in high gear.

I'll try not to stay away as long as I did this time. In the meantime, strive for the best you. Be valuable to you. Love yourself enough to take good care of yourself through a healthy diet and exercise program.

Until next time... I'm on Instagram. NoOrdinaryArt. Check me out and let me know how I'm doing. I handle and use constructive criticism with a good attitude.

In the meantime, know that your dreams are out there patiently waiting on you. Go get them. Believe!
