Staying Young Contributes To Self Esteem

I'm one of the people who consumes a healthy portion of vegetables and fruits almost every meal. Note. I put vegetables before fruits. Just like I do on my plate. I'm always conscious of my sugar intake, even fructose. It's a big part of maintaining my good health. 

Upon stumbling upon and seeing the video I'm sharing with you, I just naturally thought to myself, Hm. I've been doing that for a long time. It shows.
